About the event
Indoor Soccer skills development + game play for Ladies, ages 18+ years.
20 x 1.5 hour sessions - Mondays from 6:15pm to 7:45pm; Indoor gymnasium (please bring appropriate footwear).
Develop soccer skills, with more touches on the ball, more shots on goal, and more goals in exciting, small-sided game play. Skills development training will help athletes learn the game in an environment that encourages quick thoughts, quick decisions and quick actions.
This is a 100% club neutral program. All players are accepted and all abilities are welcomed.
